CB-Collarbone / UA-Under arm  / TH-Top of Head

 

 

 

Starting on the karate chop point. 

Even though I feel all this stress and overwhelm right

now, I acknowledge how I feel

About all the things I have to get done
I acknowledge and accept that this is how I feel 

Even though I feel all this stress and overwhelm

About all the things going on in my life
I acknowledge that this is how I feel right now 

All of this stress
There is so much going on in my life
So much going on at work
So much going on at home 

So much going on with the people in my life And it can be hard to manage
It can all feel so overwhelming
I understand why I'm so stressed 

I acknowledge that this is how I feel right now But I want to find a different way forward
I want to release some of this overwhelm
And bring peace into my body 

I want to bring peace into my body 

And as we do this tapping, just pause for a moment, and just feel into your body, where you're feeling this stress or this overwhelm. And on the collarbone point.

And now we're going to go ahead and incorporate some of the positive emotions with that question we asked, so here's where you can kind of choose the emotion you want to have in a day. Sometimes I want to have more excitement, some days I want to have more peace or stillness, so you can choose what you want to have. So we'll go to the eyebrow point.
